Plan 03 in practice

An external AI engineering department.

For organisations where AI is becoming core infrastructure, the AI Department plan replaces project thinking with departmental thinking: architecture, new systems, experimentation, employee support, workflow design, strategy, governance and monitoring.

Monthly priorities are set with you. Engineering decisions are documented. Governance and monitoring are part of the engagement, not an add-on.

Questions

About managed systems.

Do I have to take Arvanord Ops?

No. Systems are handed over documented and complete. Ops is for organisations that want the system continuously monitored, updated and improved by the team that built it.

What happens without Ops?

The system keeps running. What stops is the evolution: models age, business rules change, integrations move. Ops exists because intelligent systems are never truly finished.

Can we start Ops later?

Yes. Many clients run a system for a period, then move to Ops when they want continuous development or when the system becomes business-critical.

How is the monthly allocation used?

A standing allocation of engineering time, used for improvements, new workflows, additional integrations and evaluation work — prioritised with you each month.

Next step
