When the system doesn’t exist, we build it.
Some problems cannot be solved by another SaaS subscription. Arvanord architects and engineers custom AI systems around complex workflows, proprietary knowledge, business software, documents, data and operational requirements.
Typical starting point. Enterprise projects are significantly larger.

Some problems cannot be solved by another SaaS subscription. When the workflow is specific, the knowledge is proprietary, the software is unusual and the requirements are operational rather than generic — the system has to be engineered from the ground up.
Arvanord works from the first workflow map to production deployment: understanding how the organization actually operates, then architecting AI, software, data and human decision-making into a single functioning system.
Custom engagements are scoped from discovery. Typical projects run from $15,000 and upwards; enterprise systems are significantly larger. There are no artificial upper limits.
- The workflow is specific to how your company operates
- Knowledge is proprietary or lives in unusual documents
- Your software landscape includes niche or legacy systems
- An existing product solves 60% — and the last 40% is the value
- The process is technically complex: drawings, models, calculations
- Compliance or data boundaries rule out generic SaaS
What custom systems typically are.
Not a menu — a range. Technology follows the problem; every project is architected from discovery.
- Custom AI platforms
- Internal AI applications
- AI copilots
- Multi-agent systems
- Engineering automation
- Document-processing infrastructure
- Company knowledge systems
- Custom operational software
- AI-enabled business applications
- CAD/BIM intelligence
- Computer vision systems
- Decision-support systems
- Custom workflow engines
- AI integrations
- Large-scale company AI infrastructure
How custom engagements run.
Seven phases, from first conversation to continuous evolution. The same method behind every Arvanord system.

Understand the company.
Map the work exactly as it happens.
Design the system before building it.
Build the production system.
Test against reality, not optimism.
Introduce the system into the real operational environment.
Monitor and improve continuously.
Sometimes the pattern already exists.
If your problem matches an established architecture, we will say so — it is faster and cheaper for you.

Company AI OS
Your company doesn't need 30 disconnected AI tools. It needs one operating layer.

AI Sales Engine
Intelligence across the entire sales workflow.

AI Document Engine
Turn documents into operational intelligence.
About custom engagements.
How does a custom engagement start?
With a system brief and a conversation. If the problem is real, we run discovery: understanding the workflow, constraints, systems and people involved. Discovery ends with an architecture and a scoped proposal — not an open-ended commitment.
What does "from $15,000" mean?
It is a typical starting point for a scoped custom system, including architecture, build, integration and validation. Enterprise systems with multiple integrations and departments are significantly larger. We do not put artificial upper limits on projects.
What if our problem is genuinely unusual?
That is the point of this page. The more unusual the environment — proprietary tools, physical constraints, domain rules, legacy systems — the more custom engineering replaces off-the-shelf anything.
Who owns the system?
You do. Custom systems are built for your organisation, deployed into your environment and documented for your team. Operational coverage is available through Arvanord Ops if you want it.
